Whether coordinating complex projects, supporting business operations, creating marketing content, or photographing events, I’ve found that the most successful businesses aren’t always the biggest - they’re the ones with clear systems and consistent communication.
Every time I began a new job - corporate or otherwise - I found myself seeing gaps in processes and a lack in organization and my initial desire was to find ways to fix and enhance those current processes, making them better. But when business owners are focused on using their employees to do actual work rather than behind the scenes organization and process development, these things fall to the wayside so easily.
Stern Collective was created to help business owners spend less time putting out fires and more time building businesses they’re proud of.
